Terms & Conditions

  • Drivers will be smart, courteous and observe total confidentiality.
  • Vehicles are serviced and checked on a regular basis and are kept clean.
  • Drivers and vehicles are licensed by the local authority.
  • Vehicles are insured fully comprehensive for hire and reward.
  • The Congestion Charge will apply to relevant journeys.
  • Our vehicles are non-smoking; where possible we will stop for a break on longer journeys.
  • Clients will be liable to charges if a vehicle is soiled and requires valeting.
  • In the event of a breakdown we will replace the vehicle as soon as possible with the nearest available.
  • Bookings can be made by telephone or e-mail, please check booking confirmation carefully.
  • Our airport meet and greet service includes up to one hour of parking and waiting from when flight lands. Additional waiting will be charged at 50 pence per minute and parking will be charged at cost.
  • We will not be responsible for consequences due to client lateness or conditions beyond our control.
  • If a booking is cancelled without sufficient notice a charge will be made up to the full value. During the day four hours is usually sufficient notice, out of hours at least twelve hours is required.
  • Excessive baggage must be declared at time of booking enabling us to send an appropriate vehicle.
  • Surcharges will be applied for early and late journeys, tolls, parking and any waiting time or unforeseen expenses arising from the journey, e.g. overnight stays.
  • Last minute bookings will be accepted on the grounds of availability.
  • Our current policy on pricing is to review every two years and to increase costs to reflect rising vehicle costs, insurance and licencing. However we reserve the right to increase prices immediately in the event of an excessive increase in the price of fuel.
